Refund Policy

- Software Malfunction: If a critical software defect prevents the core functionality from being delivered as described, and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If, due to our fault, the service you purchased is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and we are unable to fulfil the service after reasonable efforts.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are charged multiple times for the same product or service, a refund will be issued for the excess charges.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to follow installation, usage, or support guidelines.
- Issues caused by third-party integrations or services not controlled by Lursight.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase and provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue encountered. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
These Terms and their subject matter are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, the courts of England will have jurisdiction unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in those jurisdictions. If you are a business, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
